Hi Albert Thanks for your email. I am sorry you do not have your banner however as we explained on the phone with you the courier did attempt to deliver your order twice but were unable to deliver as you were not at home to receive them. As you ordered with a tracked service they do need someone to be receive the order. You can organise a redelivery through the courier tracking website. Many Thanks Luke DigitalPrinting

“Print Quality is good and delivered on time. Only concern is that the banners don't have the option to have reinforced hemming on them which I believe would have make them more sturdier for outdoor usage.”
