“The service was great as always, really excellent customer service which is why I’ve been using Digital printing for 8 years in my business. First time buying a large banner however, and the colour was not as vibrant as I hoped or like the image I provided (black background which instead was very grey) this means for quite an expensive product it doesn’t pop as I’d want. I wasn’t advised this would occur with the black background. Which was a disappointment and reflects my rating.”

I am sorry there was an issue with the colours in your banner, We do state and recommend that artwork is provided in CMYK colours rather than RGB as RGB is designed for lit screens and monitors and therefore can be different on printed material. “Great service in terms of turnover and delivery, but the quality of the banner print was very weak, poor colour reproduction and desaturation. A proofing might have helped”

Hi Jonathan Thanks for your review. I am glad you are pleased with the service however I am sorry the print was not as expected. I can see you provided a JPG image which is in RGB colours designed for lit screens and monitors and will be duller on printed material. We recommend providing artwork in CMYK colours. We are always happy to resolve issues however, we have not been made aware of this - we are always happy to be contacted directly when customers receive an order with details of any issues to resolve promptly. Hi Albert Thanks for your email. I am sorry you do not have your banner however as we explained on the phone with you the courier did attempt to deliver your order twice but were unable to deliver as you were not at home to receive them. As you ordered with a tracked service they do need someone to be receive the order. You can organise a redelivery through the courier tracking website. Many Thanks Luke DigitalPrinting

“Print Quality is good and delivered on time. Only concern is that the banners don't have the option to have reinforced hemming on them which I believe would have make them more sturdier for outdoor usage.”
