“Very disappointed as we paid for next day delivery for last Friday, as the banner was needed for a school charity fundraiser on Saturday. Unfortunately it didn't arrive until this Tuesday so we have paid for a banner we can't use. We will be requesting a refund.”

Hi Karen Thanks for your review. I am sorry the order did not arrive as expected. It was despatched from us on the scheduled date on 1st. It did have an estimated delivery on Friday 2nd. However, I can see that it was delayed by the courier and delivered on the Tuesday which was the next working day due to the Bank holiday. We do state that all delivery dates are estimated only and not guaranteed as the couriers do not offer this service as factors can affect transport. I am sorry this ended up after your event, however as it was delivered the next working day from the estimated delivery date we would not be able to offer a full refund. I do not see any communication on this matter before this review so we have not been able to speak with you. We always wish to help customers and if you get in touch with us when you next place an order we will help with a discount . Many Thanks Luke DigitalPrinting
