Hi Mark Thanks for your review. I am sorry that you are disappointed with the service you received. At the time of your request we had already printed and completed your order so we would not have been able to change the artwork. We do operate an automatic system to be able to turnaround orders within 24 hours and ask that artwork be provided print ready. I am sorry your request came too late for us to amend before printing. “Initially we had an issue in regard to business card quality after we had placed an order and the cards weren't the same quality as we expected. (I've ordered for DP before and they were fantastic quality). Luke from DP got in touch and wanted to rectify the problem quickly and was very responsive throughout to get a resolution. Very pleased with the customer service and will certainly be returning back to DP based on our experience.”
