“Order got one day delayed but they changed the delivery address promptly as I needed them in another city which is what they did . Their communication was great. Prints were really good quality also.”

“I didn't think I would be writing a review, but here we go. I am delighted that these guys got my stapled booklet for a fashion event in the morning. I was so very happy. Quality was amazing, everything was clean and the delivery was on point. They managed to get the magazine to me on the morning of the event. So I was very, very happy. Thank you so much. “Quick and high-quality service, but it would be helpful to provide clearer information on the number of pages allowed for each booklet type. Additionally, resolving mistakes without needing to cancel the entire job and requiring the customer to resubmit would be an improvement. It would also be beneficial to offer an option for payment via invoice.”

I am sorry but we are a web based company and all orders are processed online only with payment by card or paypal. We do try to resolve any issues but if a wrong product had been ordered it will need to be placed with the correct product, which may mean a cancellation and reorder.
