“Mixed review really. I would have given 3 and a half stars if it were possible. Customer service is second to none. I had an issue with the vibrancy of the colours on the front cover of my document. Ross in particular was very helpful and it would appear that all was done to try to resolve my issue. However, whether it is to do with digital printing per se, particularly conducting the business online, the issue was not resolved. The front cover remained lacking in the brightness of the original artwork, a watercolour picture. Hard copy proofs are not offered in general and you really just have to rely on trust that the product will have the expected results. Any faults in the print thereafter are not easily rectified. I had used another company in the past for a one-off copy of my booklet, and the front cover was excellent, so I do not know why there should have been such a difference. Whilst digitalprinting's price and service were very good, and the rest of the document was of excellent quality, I would not use this company again if I had original artwork (watercolour) to include in my booklet. As I said, a mixed review.”
