“Although the product was good the delivery date given was wrong therefore arrived late and were no longer of use to me”

Hi William, Thanks for leaving us the review. I am sorry that you feel the order arrived later than ordered. I have checked this order and can see it was ordered on the 4th at 10:03am, the order left us the same day at 14:17 on express production and was delivered on time the following morning of the 5th at 10:06am. Again I apologise that you think the delivery date was wrong but this matches the date you chose at the time of ordering and can also be seen on your invoice. Kind regards, Chris DigitalPrinting

“Ordered 50 orders of service for my mother's funeral. Arrived on time but there was a small printing error. I contacted Digital Printing on the chat and within 30 minutes the job was being reprinted. Incredible customer service. Things sometimes go wrong, but you can always judge a company on how they deal with issues like this. I cannot recommend them enough.”
