“Recently I have had one order delayed, primarily due to an error by Parcel Force; and other orders have also been delayed by technical problems at the printing works, sometimes with despatch being delayed twice. One order was not stapled together correctly and I had to ask for replacements and the despatch of them was then delayed twice. My past experience of DPS has been excellent and I hope that this is just a short-term hiccup; I will continue to use them but do not feel comfortable recommending them to others at the present moment”
