“I love your whole order and delivery system. Simple, fast and value for money. Have used you many times and will continue to do so. 1 of my 5 booklets had poor print on a few of the pages this time. Never happened before. It was not until I was delivering training a delegate found it. A quick quality check might be an idea? Thanks, Ewan”
