Hi Guy Thanks for your review. I have checked your account and can see you have placed 2 orders with us and each time provided artwork that was not print-ready and required a PDF proof to be emailed to you to approve (and once needed amending). This meant that production on your order was delayed and therefore was not able to delivered on the original estimated delivery date. “I was so impressed wotht he cutsomer service from this business, I had made an order mistake it was spotted by their team and they supported me to get the product and quality I wanted. no sense of irritation from them at all, and there must have been some! I will defiently use them again.”
