Hi there, I have not received my last parcel that you have phographed there. When I was made aware of delivery I rescheduled delivery to a pick up point. This didn't happen and I am told by DPD that it was returned to sender. Which can't seem to be explained by customer service @ DPD. Can you help me as this has never happened before. Thank you.
