My 9 year old daughter had bad rash on her face due to some food intolerance plus frosty weather and dry air from heating at home made her skin very very dry and irritated. Any moisturizer I used caused a worse rash. After using Dermalogica lotion for 5 days her face is back to normal and well hydrated. Very Happy with this product!”
“It’s a great quality of all Dermalogica products and this one is not an exception. BUT their Customer Service is awful. I’ve been told that I will get a birthday gift because I’ve reached VIP status with my purchases. But no, I didn’t. When I applied to the Customer Service since last week no response. To be honest I don’t need this gift but if I’ve been promised to get it why not. And now Customer Service just ignore me. I had had a few questions before and it was same story. NO RESPONSE. I always recommend Dermalogica for my friends, but I won’t do it anymore, unfortunately. I even think to try Obagi, maybe their service will be better.”
