“Unfortunately I am not able to use the product. After each use my skin hurts and the face is swollen, particularly the eye area. At one point, after using the glow mask after cleaning, the following morning the whole skin in the face was quite damaged, red and had hardened areas incl being very sore. It took four days to recover. Clearly the product is very strong and does not match my skin, which is not normally too sensitive. Yesterday evening, before giving the product one star in my review, I tested it one last time to be sure it was the product causing skin problems and I could immediately feel tingling on the skin after use, so I washed it off once more thoroughly, apparently in vain, since waking up this morning with hurting skin and particularly sore skin around the eyes. I will not be using the product again. Although the price is only chf 25.00, a refund would be nice but it seems that the company does not reply to reviews, at least not on their website, which is strange since that should be part of their customer service. Another customer has written about the same problems. Otherwise I find the other skinproducts from Mellow Noir good.”
