“Delivery was on the due date. Luckily, we had 2 extra pairs of hands or the delivery guys would have had difficulty with the trolley (which had very narrow wheels only over the centre of the pallet) down the slope of our driveway.
We would have liked the pallet floor dimensions when clearing the garage, although there was no problem. Did you give them?
The wood looks simply wonderful and has been bought in advance for the winter season, So I cannot give you any feedback on its performance as yet.

Sorry you had issues with the slope on your driveway. The delivery information does state that the drop of point needs to be a level surface, but as long as you managed that is fine. Also the the pallet dimensions are on the product page.
