“The wood is good but I was charged £10 surcharge for next day delivery, despite not requesting this. Was not delivered the next day either!”

Hi Mr Norton, to have been charged for this, you will have had to select it. If there was a problem with the delivery and it did not make it, we would always refund you the next day charge.
