“Delivered 3/4 days but within timscale quoted. The bag was just too large to go through our gate when full so we had to barrow some logs through before we could drag the bag through and down the path. The driver left the bag on the grass verge by the main road.”

“The wood is fine but I need to take issue with the person who delivered it. The wood was delivered but the second bag was not dropped far enough onto the hard standing at the rear of the property and overlapped the parking space for my car. When asked to move the log bag further onto the hardstanding he refused as he had already dropped and had no lift and shrugged his shoulders and walked away. This is despite him watching me move the car out of the way he still dropped the second bag in a position which prevented me from parking and having access to the garden and rear of the property. When my wife asked him to move the bag he refused once again and she stated that if that was his attitude we would not be using your services again his reply again was a shrug of the shoulders. I wish to point out that we are both in our seventies and are unable to shift log bags and found his attitude totally unacceptable.”
