“I'd not heard of Hornbeam before so decided to try it this year. The logs catch easily and appear to burn much hotter. The flu temperature remains steady at around 300'F producing a nice clean burn. Also, I have to really back-off the airflow compared to Ash.
Hornbeam will be my first choice next year. .”
