“Great, consistent quality wood. We have a small wood burner so size of logs is crucial which is why I use Dalby because the logs are always the right dimension. Due to price rises I shopped around for cheaper logs this year but as it happens Dalby came out the cheapest that I could find online so the order went straight in!”
“Was very pleased with the service on a bag of kiln dried wood so decided to order another bag three weeks later. Was dismayed to find the prices had increased in this period by £15 so I had to downgrade from kiln dried to seasoned in order to be able to afford them. Unfortunately I may have to use cheaper suppliers in future (if they exist) but for the record the service of Dalby Firewood is very good.”

We are also up against the extreme rise in energy, production and fuel costs. To add further injury the cost of raw material has doubled and we have held prices for as long as possible.
Also this invitation to leave a review was from your previous order which you state you were happy with, so giving a negative 1 star review for a product you havn't even ordered is very unfair. Do you agree?
“Lovely, dry, clean logs delivered in a large bulk bag which had a hand tied seal on the top to keep the logs dry on a wet day!
