“We've bought from Dalby for a few years now and always find the quality of the firewood really excellent. It's good and dry, so it burns well (and very economically) in our woodburner and the crates are closely packed. Last year we had ash crates. This year, we're trying a crate of oak as well as ash and have also bought a crate of pizza oven hardwood to use as a starter. If we need kindling, it's easy to split. As always, the service was great with on-time delivery by a helpful bunch of guys. Five star product, five star service. What more do you want?”
“Smashing stuff. I’d recommend buying bags of kindling for anyone who has an ooni Karu 12 although lots of this does fit some don’t but not a problem for me as I stick them in the stove”
“I have yet to use the wood but it looks really great and is dry. I can’t wait to use it in my pizza oven. Once I use some if it I will be happy to post an updated review”
