“The wood is fine, it's dry and burns well with a good heat and little ash. It came well packaged with enough polythene covering to keep the rain off had I been unable to stack it quickly. The reason for this not being a 5 star review is that the delivery time could not be narrowed down to closer than 'after 12 and before 5.30", despite the best effort of the helpful lady at Dalby. Could a carrier be used whose lorries are trackable so the a closer approximation could be given?”
Thank you for your review. When you ordered you opted for the free all day delivery option between 08:30 - 17:30 where a time can not be specified. There is the option when ordering for an AM, PM or time specific. If you need a specific time please select the correct option next time.

In regards to our delivery service we offer a free All-Day delivery 8.30am-5.30pm service for our Large crates. As you will have seen when you ordered online we do have the ability to offer timed-delivery slots, however these incur additional delivery charges. In compliance with the delivery company we don't give out specific ETA's for deliveries as there have been times when drivers have been running late and it causes problems.
Should you like a more specific delivery time in the future they are available! Many thanks for your feedback
