“Nice and dry , need maximum heat for log fired hot tub on Glamping site. we get this with kiln dried ash, excellent product, fantastic customer service , up to temperature 0f 37c in 3- 4 hours.”
“Wood is fine thanks (size and burning performance) but delivery driver had difficulty manoeuvering the crate to the exact storage position wanted. A better pallet jack would have been helpful for him.”

delivery was an issue /cancelled on arranged day which i understand can happen arranged for following day when i was working /i had submitted full delivery instructions so thought all would be well having had a previous delivery with small truck,received phone call saying load was on 26 ton truck and could not get close had to rearrange for next day with smaller but still sizable truck which the driver managed with much maneuvering which entertained the grandchildren so all well eventually.will request smaller vehicle next time”
