“I already completed a very positive review several days ago but forgot to say that the one improvement you could make to your service is to provide - even if only on the day - a narrower time window for the delivery. Many other companies seem to manage this, and Dalby should try to do so for customers' greater convenience.”

“Well it’s literally going up in flames. Delivery on the product was excellent as always. Little disappointed, that although it is a standard cut, the wood is split quite thinly and is burning very fast, so getting through it very quickly. The percentage of thin pieces is a lot more than previous deliveries!”
