“For the price these logs work well, there is a fair mix of birch and some oak, good mix of size (some thinner, some fatter), light easily and burn well. Have happily ordered a second bag.”
“One bag of logs were fine, clean and well seasoned, however the other bag was timber which had probably been stored in a damp area and consequently had an amount of mould growth. Although this may not affect its burn efficiency it does not have the same aesthetic appearance when stacked in the fireplace”

We do not store our wood in damp areas. Mould sometimes naturally occurs as the wood is naturally drying. This is unavoidable but however it is extremely rare.
If were not satisfied with the product, a simple phone call to us and we would have gladly exchanged the bag for a replacement.
