There are far too many exceptionally small pieces. Will look elsewhere for my next supply”

Sorry you were disappointed with the size. If you'd of notified us of the issue we would of corrected it.

“As a new log burner customer I'm lead to believe I should have a mixture of soft and hardwood logs instead of just hardwood.
However, the lady who helped me was lovely and the man who delivered was lovely too both helpful in their own way.
I will try a mixture next time if they do it.
