“Bought a pair of Grundies liner shorts with pad. Rode 30 minutes on the exercise bike in just these and a pair of trainers, with no shorts - not a pretty sight. Pad is a fair bit thinner than the one in the bib shorts, and I slid about a bit on the saddle, but apart from that, they were fine. Highly recommended.
Apart from anything else, I for one couldnäó»t ride in the Cracking MTB shorts without a padded liner, so you need something, and the Grundies are the way to go.”
