“I bought this cue and was really excited to play with it. I only got to play with it once before the cues extension snapped into the cue. It was very sharp and resulted in me cutting my hand. My experience of playing snooker with my cue was completely ruined. Once got in touch to explain what had happened they was happy to refund me with any hesitation. So as a company great but the product wasnt the best.”
