“The items are good quality but the picture depicts them in a wooden box which is not the case, it all arrives loose. This is disappointing as it was a special birthday present and it would have looked a lot nicer if it came as shown in the picture. Also the website says items over £50 won't be charged VAT but I was still charged the VAT on top of the price.”

Dear Emma I do apologise that the items all came loose. They are supposed to arrive in a cardboard presentation box as depicted. They came direct from our manufacturer so couldn't be quality checked by ourselves. If you would like a box I can arrange for this to be sent to you separately. On the VAT comment, it is the law to charge 20% on all purchases unless the business isn't registered for VAT, of which we are. However, we don't charge delivery when an order is over £50 +VAT (£60 including VAT). Regards Nat Bradley Website Manager
