“Simple to put together. Very easy to fill and easy to clean. Does keep water hot , but I wouldn't say for 20 hrs probably closer to 12 hrs to an acceptable temperature. Kept cold drinks cold also. Very easy to dispense water as it is a lever and after a few pumps comes out ok. Not sure about how it would perform with anything thicker i.e soup as have not tried yet. All in all very pleased with my purchase as I have a disability and making tea etc myself, so this enables my family to fill with hot water, made up tea or coffee and i can help myself. Inside is stainless steel and not glass which is even better. It swivels 360 degrees also so I don't have to move it either.”
