“Premiums never seem to go down despite having a black box and good driving skills.
Customer service at the start was so poor. Financial ombudsmen had to get involved because of charges occurred because WISE DRIVING failed on thier side to fit me in for fitting of black box when I was first covered. Unless they have the lowest quote or I get a free audi, safe to say I'll be leaving them on the renewal date. 1 star simply for obtaining basic cover.”
“Your score gets better but you don't save money the score says different to the actual reading. complete wast of time also got to drive like an idiot trying not to break to hard or accelerate courses more accidents if you ask me. I don't like it and wouldn't recommend it”
