“Terrible experience to be honest! so much so that I cancelled the policy 2 weeks before it was due to start, which cost me £45!! The reason I cancelled was because after I had filled in the info needed & they gave me a price which I accepted & paid, they then asked for more info ( name of last insurance & policy number ) which I gave them, thought that was it but oh no, 2 days later was informed that policy was up & running but they needed MORE info! basically the same info I had already given them. Came to the conclusion that if I had to claim with these people ( flux direct)it would be a nightmare so bit the bullet and lost 45 quid.”
