“Customer support is very poor at best. If you need to ask a question or change something you need to email them and wait 2 days for a reply.
The reply usually just points to information on their website and doesn't actually answer your question.
They are cheap and you get exactly what you pay for!
If you want to be able to speak to a person then pay more and go elsewhere.
