“I feel i was unfairly treated . Customer care very bad asking one document after another . Next thing after sending , get an email not received. I sent three times same documents . Was surprised they demanded to see my V5C ,back statements, urility bill . I had already paid for the whole year . Speaking ro them noone gave straight answers . I regret choosing them for my car insurance . This has never happened with all my previous insurance companies. My dad got shocked, saying he has never been asked for V5C”
