“They kept pressuring me to send them my NCD. I was on holiday. I sent it 3 times. I sent photos of my renewal letter. They didn't acknowledge receiving it for weeks and kept sending me emails threatening to cancel my policy and charge an extra £55 for the pleasure. I loath to think what claiming from them would be like.”
