“Too much hassle to set up policy. Proof of no claims not accepted had to get previous insurance company to speak to Debenhams to confirm. Took over a week to set up completely. Customer service is poor.”
“did not consider the fact that other companies take long to provide information on the no claims and instead of giving leeway they will make you do a fresh claim and pay another full fare. it is painful in these days of hardship. they should be a bit more lenient towards their customers.”
