“The worst insurance company ever the drive app is inaccurate and penalises you for driving over 30 miles I feel like a prisoner as I can't go any where says your speeding even through the centre of town and makes up journeys even when your not driving. I hate this company and would never go back”
“I don't know where to start with this review, as it goes from bad to worse. Carrot is by far the worst company to go with after being cancelled for doing 31mph in a 20mph speed limit (which was a 30 to start with) left me cancelled and stranded with out a car they wouldn't take into consideration what I had to say they just shut me off. Customer service needs to be sent there way set of useless morons.”
