“Cheapest insurance I could find and good that you only need to have the black box for 3 months rather than a year like the usual policies but even though I am driving carefully I still seem to be getting a bronze score so unsure how I improve this to get a silver or gold rating to get discount when I'm already doing everything correctly with the odd mistake. Would be helpful it they told you where you was going wrong or why you have only got bronze.”
