“Seriously the best smoked trout we have ever tasted and an obvious replacement for shop bought smoked salmon. A delicately smoked, firm textured fish that melts in the mouth. Delicious and versatile, either on its own or tossed into any number of dishes. We are huge fans and the service from Charlie is always impeccable”

“Charlie’s Smoked Trout is superb We have been enjoying this trout for several years now and never disappointed It has such depth of flavour yet at the same time delicate We regularly ( Sunday morning brunch)have toasted muffins with scrambled egg topped with Charlie Trout, delicious Pre dinner, weekend canapés, brown bread and butter topped with Charlie Trout, squeeze of lemon what more can you want, delicious . My granddaughter says‘I would happily have this for Christmas’ Excellent product, keep up the good work Charlie”
