“Charlie's Trout fillets are excellent,with a very delicate but delicious flavour. I regularly serve them just with a slice of lemon ,new potatoes and seasonal vegetables Occasionally, for a change ,I place them on top of a bed of home made ratatouille,drizzle over a little hot chilli sauce , a slice of lemon and bake for 8-10 minutes .Delicious”
