“We found Charlie's beetroot infused trout on an impromptu stop at a farm shop on way to Dorset last summer and bought a pack to have with a salad one night while away. It wasn't just a meal fulfilled but it was the most memorable meal for a long time. Savouring this amazing triumph of a treat of trout sat outside with a glass of wine watching the sun set over fields with horses grazing. Awesome is used way too much but it's a fitting expression. You can taste the care, the sustainable farming, the careful treatment, perfect smoking, sweet/savoury beetroot and the colour is simply stunning. Eyes, smell, taste, all senses are perfectly satisfied altogether, boom! We vowed that night to share the joy with family so ordered a whole side to send to my sister and family just before Xmas, oh and also ordered some smaller packs plus the pate and fish cakes for us. Perfectly packaged and delivered fresh and ready to eat or store/freeze. My sister messaged that night with simply Wow, 1/3 gone already - so good!!!
