“This is a lovely rich blend which makes the most delicious chai with a little bit of added spicyness thanks to addition of some black pepper. The refills are big enough to completely fill one of the Chai Guys tins - no spare room at the top - so don't be tempted to open the refill until you've only got a couple of spoons left in the tin.”

The flavour is complex and goes well with various milks. For an authentic Indian chai I use evaporated milk. But it is also flavoursome with cow or oat.
Make sure you do this correctly on the stove. Let it simmer for a good length of time before adding any type of milk, otherwise you will block the flavour of all the spices prematurely.
