“This company offers a discount for first time buyers. Try and get it. I have sent six emails, completed five online contact forms and even tried the support email featured in the email requesting I leave feedback support@chaiguysuk.com. NOTHING. not even an acknowledgement that they were looking into the issue. Eventually I made the purchase at full price but regardless of how good a companies product is exceptionally poor service from that company provides a bad taste.
I note I am not the only customer of Chai Guys to have experienced this 1970's style 'customer care'. Dreadful. Sort your administartion out guys you are losing custom.”

It's has great taste, the kadak chai is strong, the masala chai is spicy but perfect.
I have all three flavours and enjoy all of them..
I well recommend to anyone who loves tea.”
