“I have not been able to test out the optics on this lens in the field simply because it has rained every day since I purchased it however I am very pleased with the overall build quality other than the lens hood which is extremely tight, so much so that when I eventurly managed to get it on I found it almost imposible to take it off again but after spending several hours puting it on and off it has now loosened up a bit so I am now able to take it off to use my filtter system when needed. The issues with the lens hood is the reason I have given this lens a score of three!”
