“Very comfortable to wear and works well with my R7 and 100-400mm rf lens. I usually have a backpack on and I put the camera strap on first so it lies under the backpack shoulder strap. Did consider the Black Rapid strap for backpacks but glad I chose the RS4. I do use the small extra safety strap just in case but so far the main screw in attachment hasn't come loose. I do check it every time I first get the camera out and occasionally when walking with it. I often have binoculars round neck and the ease of sliding the camera up ready for a shot with the bins left dangling from my neck is quick and works very well. Whether it will actually improve my birding photos is of course an entirely different matter but at least now I have a much better chance of getting the camera quickly up to the eye to take a photo whilst the bird's still on the branch!”
