“Our Skymax-127 OTA 5" Maksutov - Cassegrain Telescope is mounted on a multi use tripod and using the 25mm eye piece the views of Jupiter have been very impressive for an entry level telescope. The telescope came with a soft carry case making this truly portable to use not only for the night sky, but for wildlife too. The eye pieces are of plastic construction and seem to work well, but there are options to upgrade if you feel the need. The red dot finder is also a great addition to this telescope, but you will need to align it first. Very pleased and would recommend this telescope if you're thinking of taking a closer look at the planets, nebula and the moon.”
