“The small print tells you this item is made in the People’s Republic Of China. The poor quality reflects this. The whole item is held together with a thin, flimsy rivet. This broke as I took the tongs off their backing card. Useless. Really do not recommend this item. To be fair, Cadac simply asked for photos of the broken item, and agreed a refund at once. No complicated returns ... just good customer service.”

“We have only used the tongs once so far but they seem very good quality. Easy to clean and we found the 28cm length ideal for the 30cm grill.”
