“Disappointed that the mat is a smaller diameter than advertised and therefore does not cover the griddle. We’re going away soon and need the use of a mat so wont return it but I have notified Cadac of my disappointment.”

“Works perfectly. Used it for the first time to cook tuna steaks that had been marinated. Perfect sear lines and no mess. Just pop the mat in the dishwasher after use.”
