“This swimmer is stunning, however, I ordered the d/dd which is my size in every bra and it was too small. In the returns policy it says you have to pay postage for returns but free exchanges. This actually means you have to pay for postage back to them to get an exchange. The way it's written is very sneaky. I enquired that the sizing is wrong and wanted to swap for the larger size but they wanted to charge me every time I needed an exchange. They said, 'sorry that's our policy'. They didn't budge.
I paid for postage, got a full refund as I was not happy with this policy.
I then went to the RACQ website. I signed up and got 15% off and free shipping, plus they do completely free unlimited exchanges. If you want service. Do not buy from this store.”
