I'm a 16J and whilst it gives incredible lift and forward projection (no saggy broad profiles here!), it also does an amazing job at disappearing under the sheerest of white tops. It fits firmly around the torso, but when you consider how hard it works to keep big boobs where you'd like them to be, it's fine. The fabric of the cups gives and sits flat, which means it doesn't cut across the top of the breast and flexibly deals with monthly fluctuations.
