Sorry to hear this bra was uncomfortable for you. Generally this bra fits generously in the back, however we do like them to fit firm enough, so that they sit nice and stright across your back, and do not ride up.
You're welcome to head back in-store for us to assess the issues you're having, and see if there are any adjustments that can be made.
Sometimes, with new bras, if they're feeling too firm to begin with, we suggest wearing them with an extender until they're comfortable enough to wear without them.

Generally when a centre gore/wire not tacking to the chest correctly, it means a smaller band size is required.
