“Initial fitting was rushed and I was fitted in the wrong size and then encouraged to wear the bra straight away out of the store. Trusting the salesperson was right about the fit I agreed. I was not told that removing tags would mean refunds were not possible and was disappointed to be told after a week of wear that I’d have to keep the ill fitting bra and purchase another. The lady gave me a refund on one of the bras and offered a discount on the new purchase for which I am extremely grateful. I am really happy with the new bra I exchanged my bra for. I will also say that at every stage the staff were lovely but I am unsure about repurchasing at Brava as I now have an ill fitting bra that I can never wear still sitting at home, money down the drain.”
