“Beautifully made. Fits the mounting point bolt holes well, provided you fit it between the seat and the carpet. The one delivered has sloping sides both sides so presumably not specific for driver/passenger side. This is all good. However I bought it to mount the 1.75l minimum Foam fire extinguisher required for MSA historic rally events. These are broader than the 1 litre powder extinguishers that this may have been designed for. I am 5'7". With the extinguisher fitted it is very awkward to slide the seat forward to where it needs to be as the extinguisher base blocks the seat slide lever. In my preferred position, the extinguisher has to sit skewed. Once installed it does not block access or a comfortable driving position. I fitted it to the driver's side to maximise the space available to my navigator.”

“It doesn't lay flat enough under the seat mounts that stripped a bolt while installing it. Grabbed a hammer and bashed it and it works better.”
